When is trash picked up?The City of Halliday collects garbage on Mondays. Everyone within the community is required to have garbage collection. Bundle or contain your trash for curbside pickup.Does the City of Halliday offer recycling?For recycling questions and current guidelines, please call City Hall at (701) 938-4680 and we will gladly assist you.When can I water my yard in the warmer months?Hand watering is allowed every day. Please continue to conserve water — every drop counts.When does the City Commission meet?The City Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 131 Main Street East. The public is welcome to attend.How do I pay my bill?The City of Halliday does not offer online payment. You may pay by mail (check or money order with your coupon to P.O. Box 438, Halliday, ND 58636), in person at City Hall (cash, check, or money order), or through your own bank's online bill pay service.
